Have you made your bucket list yet for this summer? If you’re in need of some fun activities, the Toronto Islands have plenty for you to do this summer, and the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal is just around the corner from Pier 27! It’s a quick trip, but you can still sit back, enjoy the breeze, and take some cool landscape shots of the city.

Remember how the Flintstones used to get around? Well you can now rent a two or four seater Quadricycles and a take a tour of the Toronto Islands yourself! You and your friends can pedal around the area and check out everything it has to offer. Check out the different kinds of bikes here!

Are you seeking a challenge? How about checking out the William Meany Maze to see if you can find the way out! Once you enter the maze, you’ll be surrounded by 1,200 black cedars trees. The name of the place is dedicated to William Meany, who had a passion for mazes and donated $20,000 to build it.

Think you have good balance? Test your strengths with some Stand Up Paddleboarding. If you’re feeling bold you can rent a paddleboard and try it out, or you can play it safe and have a lesson first. If you’re down by the Toronto Islands late, you can also check out a sunset yoga class.

The Far Enough Farm is also on the Island, where you can meet both the animals and farmers. There are sheep, cows, horses and even an Alpaca, and you can discover all the different species at the farm and pet the animals. It’s hard to believe a quiet farm is located just minutes from the busy downtown Toronto.

Ever heard of frisbee golf? Well there’s a frisbee golf course located on the Island as well. Check it out with your friends and learn how to become the ultimate frisbee player. Now that’s something to check off your bucket list!

It’s time to gather your friends, and cross a few activities off your bucket list. Happy summer!
